Uline seeks a Customer Service Trainer at its Tijuana Branch in Tijuana, Mexico.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in setting training schedules.
• Act as a liaison to the Customer Service Manager.
• Create training modules and guides for new hires and ongoing training.
• Identify training needs and conduct training programs.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bilingual (English / Spanish) - 100% in both verbal and written forms.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years prior training experience.
• Must be able to type 30+ words per minute.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Travel to the United States for training at Uline's various facilities (1 - 3 months) a must.
• Travel as needed to Uline's branch in Monterrey a must.
